Girder bridge over the Lomnice River

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh mostu přes řeku Lomnici. Hlavní náplní je statický výpočet nosné konstrukce o jednom poli. Byly zpracovány tři studie a druhá varianta, předpjatý dvoutrám, byla vybrána. Nosná konstrukce je 22 metrů dlouhá. Statický model a účinky zatížení jsou řešeny v programu Scia Engineer. Posudky jsou počítané ručně podle platných norem.The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is the design of the ghrinder bridge over the Lomnice river. The main topic is static calculation of supporting construction of one span bridge. Two studies were executed and the second option, pre-stressed girder bridge was chosen. The supporting construction is 22 meters long. Static model and effects of loadings are solved the in software Scia Engineer. Reviews are calculated by hand according to current standards.

Fast Simulation of Vehicles with Non-deformable Tracks

This paper presents a novel technique that allows for both computationally fast and sufficiently plausible simulation of vehicles with non-deformable tracks. The method is based on an effect we have called Contact Surface Motion. A comparison with several other methods for simulation of tracked vehicle dynamics is presented with the aim to evaluate methods that are available off-the-shelf or with minimum effort in general-purpose robotics simulators. The proposed method is implemented as a plugin for the open-source physics-based simulator Gazebo using the Open Dynamics Engine.Comment: Submitted to IROS 201

Multifunctional building

Jedná se o samostatně stojící polyfunkční dům v zástavbě obchodních a bytových domů. Stavba se nachází ve městě České Budějovice. Polyfunkční dům má pět nadzemních podlaží, jedno podzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepený. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou vegetační a dvouplášťovou pultovou střechou. V prvním podlaží polyfunkčního domu se nachází zádveří s recepcí, halou z které jsou přístupné všechny obchody a dále také schodišťový prostor. V prvním podlaží se rovněž nachází kavárna, prostorově oddělená od polyfunkčního domu. Ke kavárně náleží sociální zázemí a dále schodiště, kterým se dostaneme do zázemí vlastní kavárny, kde se nachází místnost pro personál, WC a dále jsou zde příslušné sklady nápojů a jiného vybavení. V druhém podlaží se nachází posilovna s veškerým zázemím a sociálním zařízením. K posilovně patří i recepce a obchod se zdravou výživou. Ve třetím až pátém podlaží se nacházejí bytové jednotky. Celkem 5 bytů, kde 2 a 3 byty jsou vždy totožné. Objekt je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu a je vyzděn ze stavebního systému POROTHERM s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem firmy ISOVER. V projektu je zpracována kompletní dokumentace novostavby polyfunkčního domu na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Návrh objektu klade důraz na statické a dispoziční řešení, požární bezpečnost, úsporu energie a bezpečnost při užívání. Výkresová dokumentace byla zrealizována v programu ArchiCAD.This is a detached multifunctional building in the construction of commercial and residential buildings. The building is located in České Budějovice. Multifunctional building has five floors, one underground floor and a partial basement. The building is covered single-surface vegetation and double skin roof rack. On the first floor is a multifunctional building with reception vestibule, hall of which are accessible to all businesses and also the staircase space. The first floor is also a cafe, spatially separated from the multifunctional building. The café includes restrooms and stairs to get to the hinterland own cafe, where there is room for staff, toilet and are relevant warehouses drinks and other amenities. On the second floor there is a fitness center with all facilities and sanitary facilities. The gym also includes a reception and a health food store. In the third to fifth floor are residential units. A total of 5 apartments, where 2 and 3 flats are always identical. The building is based on foundation strips of plain concrete and masonry made of POROTHERM building system with a contact system of the company ISOVER. The project has been prepared complete documentation of new multifunctional building at the level of documentation for construction. Design of the building emphasizes the static and layout, fire safety, energy savings and safety in use. Drawing documentation was realized in ArchiCAD.

Industry Concentration Dynamics and Structural Changes: The Case of Aerospace & Defence

In this paper we present a general approach and methodology for modelling concentration dynamics on industrial level. The majority of research in this field has usually been focused on estimating adjustment models, where the speed of adjustment of actual level of concentration to the long-run concentration was considered to be responsible for concentration dynamics. The long-run concentration is usually modelled implicitly by the means of often complex industry characteristic variables. We model the changes in concentration through a) long-term structural changes in the specific industry, b) short-term structural changes, stemming from individual company conduct, and c) changes in number of companies constituting the industry. On the sample of quarterly data from 1999 to 2009 using total assets for the companies in Aerospace & Defence Industry in the U.S. we have confirmed the existence of short-term, but lacked evidence for the long-term structural changes.Production, Pricing, Market Structure; Size Distribution of Firms

The purpose of this volume is to explore key issues, approaches and challenges to quality in institutional translation by confronting academics’ and practitioners’ perspectives. What the reader will find in this book is an interplay of two approaches: academic contributions providing the conceptual and theoretical background for discussing quality on the one hand, and chapters exploring selected aspects of quality and case studies from both academics and practitioners on the other. Our aim is to present these two approaches as a breeding ground for testing one vis-à-vis the other. Titania suspensions for material printing

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou stabilních suspenzí oxidu titaničitého pro materiálový tisk. Byla připravena široká škála disperzních prostředí, ve kterých by bylo možné stabilizovat nanočástice oxidu titaničitého. Zdrojem TiO2 byla komerčně dostupná vodná disperze a prášková forma. Připravené suspenze byly vyhodnoceny a ta nejvhodnější byla použita pro materiálový tisk. Práce byla zaměřena na studium stability suspenzí, velikosti částic v nich obsažených a na jejich reologické chování. Dále byla provedena charakterizace tištěných vrstev metodou SEM, optické mikroskopie, DLS a analytické odstředivky. Byla také proměřena fotokatalytická aktivita oxidací kumarinu na 7-hydroxykumarin.This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the preparation of stable suspensions of titanium dioxide applicable for material printing. A wide range of dispersive environments stabilizing the nanoparticles of titanium dioxide was investigated. Commercially available aqueous dispersion and dry titania powder was used as the source of TiO2.The properties of prepared suspensions were evaluated and the most suitable suspension was used for material printing. This thesis focused on suspension‘s stability, sizes of particles dispersed in them, and in their rheological behavior. Furthermore, we analyzed the studied the properties of printed layers by SEM, optical microscopy, DLS and analytical centrifuge. We also evaluated the photocatalytic activity by monitoring the oxidation rate of coumarin to 7-hydroxycoumarin.

Economics analysis of selected municipalities of the Rakovník district

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření obcí v rakovnickém okresu Křivoklát, Městečko a Zbečno. Cílem této práce je analyzovat hospodaření jednotlivých obcí mezi lety 2011 až 2014, zhodnotit hospodaření pomocí vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů, komparovat výsledky ukazatelů jednotlivých obcí mezi sebou a formulovat doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, v níž první tři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na teorii, zbylé tři kapitoly tvoří praktickou část. První kapitola popisuje rozpočtový proces, mimorozpočtové fondy a rozpočtovou skladbu. V následující kapitole je popsáno samotné hospodaření obcí z hlediska příjmů a výdajů. Třetí kapitola pojednává o ukazatelích, jež jsou využívané pro analýzy a hodnocení hospodaření obcí. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována charakteristikám vybraných obcí. Následující kapitola pátá obsahuje hlavní část práce, která je zaměřena na hospodaření vybraných obcí, jsou zde analyzovány obce z hlediska metody US Research, dalších ukazatelů využívané pro hodnocení hospodaření obcí. Šestá kapitola obsahuje vyhodnocení analýzy a identifikaci silných a slabých stránek vybraných obcí. Sedmá kapitola je věnována zhodnocení použitých ukazatelů. Poslední kapitola obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení v oblasti hospodaření vybraných obcí.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of municipal in the district Rakovník - Křivoklát, Městečko and Zbečno. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of individual municipalities between 2011-2014, to evaluate management using selected economic indicators to compare the results of the indicators of individual communities among themselves and formulate recommendations. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part, in which the first three chapters are devoted to the theory, the remaining three chapters are practical. The first chapter describes the budget process, budget funds and budget structure. The following section describes himself finances of municipalities in terms of revenue and expenditure. The third chapter discusses the indicators that are used for analysis and evaluation of municipal finances. The fourth chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the selected municipalities. Next chapter contains the main part of the work, which is focused on the management of selected municipalities, municipalities are analyzed in terms of US Research methods, other indicators used for assessment of municipal finances. The sixth chapter includes the evaluation of the analysis and identification of strengths and weaknesses of selected municipalities. The seventh chapter contains appraisal used indicators. The last chapter contains suggestions for improving the current situation in selected villages

Detection, Localization and Recognition of Traffic Signs

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá lokalizací, detekcí a rozpoznáním dopravních značek. Jsou zde rozebírány možnosti výběru oblastí s pravděpodobným výskytem značek. Dále jsou řešeny vlastnosti různých příznaků se zaměřením na příznaky založené na histogramu orientovaných gradientů. Z možných klasifikátorů se práce zabývá především kaskádami klasifikátorů typu support vector machines, které jsou použity ve výsledném systému. Součástí zprávy je dále popis implementace systému a popis datových sad pro 5 typů dopravních značek. Systém je rozsáhle testován, výsledky testování jsou velmi dobré. Zpracováním téměř 9 hodin videozáznamu byly získány nové datové sady. Tyto sady zahrnují přibližně 13 500 obrazů.This master's thesis deals with the localization, detection and recognition of traffic signs. The possibilities of selection of areas with possible traffic signs occurrence are analysed. The properties of different kinds of features used for traffic signs recognition are described next. It focuses on the features based on histogram of oriented gradients. Some possible classifiers are discussed, in the first place the cascade of support vector machines, which are used in resulting system. A description of the system implementation and data sets for 5 types of traffic signs is part of this thesis. Many experiments were accomplished with created system. The results of the experiments are very good. New datasets were acquired from approximately 9 hours of processed video sequences. There are about 13 500 images in these datasets.
